The victim was shot in the chest, back of the neck, and right calf and self-transported to Mt. Sinai Hospital in critical condition. The men fled the scene, and the victim sustained a gunshot wound to the right index finger and self-transported to St Bernard in good condition. Less than an hour later, a 29-year-old man was outside his vehicle around 2:17 a.m., in the 1500 block of South Ridgeway Avenue in the North Lawndale neighborhood, when a white Nissan approached, and a known man got out and shot at the victim.The victim was shot in the chest and was taken to VA Hospital in critical condition.
