As the Chicago Bears dive deeper into the possibilities of building a new stadium in Arlington Heights, the team is working with a Kansas City, Kan., architecture firm that designed the Las Vegas Raiders’ new stadium.

A Bears spokesman confirmed Thursday that the team has hired Manica Architecture as well as CAA Icon and Jones Lang LaSalle as consultants “as part of the due-diligence process on the Arlington Park property.”, the $2 billion project that opened in 2020. The Bears played there in 2021. The company also reportedly is leading the renovations of the Cleveland Guardians’ Progressive Field.

CAA Icon, an owner’s representative and strategic management consulting firm from Denver, worked with the Chicago Cubs during Wrigley Field’s recent renovations. Jones Lang LaSalle is a commercial real estate and property investment firm with its American headquarters in Chicago.for the former Arlington International Racecourse property in September and have been exploring a potential move from their longtime home at Soldier Field.
