Diaz – GBP FVP Cebu Operations Head; Mrs. Mae Tacandong, Admin Head of Toledo City; and Mr. Orlando Cadano, Assistant Schools Superintendent of DepEd – Division of Toledo City.
Joined by the teachers of South City Central Elementary School in Toledo City, Engr. Leah G. Diaz – GBP FVP Cebu Operations Head oversaw the turnover of the handwashing stations from CEDC and GTFI .
