LAKEWOOD, Colo. — While Labor Day marks the unofficial end of summer, it also marks the end of what is dubbed the"100 Deadliest Days," a historically dangerous time for teen drivers.
In 2022, 55 teen drivers lost their lives behind the wheel. So far this year, we are already at that number, with three months of the year left to go, according to CDOT. "Actually we had more traffic deaths overall in July than we've had in the previous five July's in Colorado," said Cole.
