The new group, spearheaded by president Nate “Tiny” Archibald and CEO Michael Cohen, moved the records online to hoopshallny.org. The 2024 class — the first since 2017 — has added a sportscaster category to recognize ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith and an Arts and Culture Award honoring director Spike Lee, actor Denzel Washington and author Charlie Rosen, The Post learned.But the biggest name is Anthony, who retired from basketball in May. The 39-year-old was born in Red Hook, endeared himself to the NYC community while with the Knicks and currently sits ninth on the NBA’s all-time scoring list.
