Houston needs only one victory in the best-of-five series to move on to the American League Championship Series against either the New York Yankees or Cleveland Guardians.
“It’s not us versus an all-world team. … If we play good baseball, we can win a game just as easily as they can. We ain’t worried about all that.” “They’re hit 10 feet the other way, and we’re running the bases and scoring multiple runs,” Seattle right fielder Mitch Haniger said. “They had us played really well. … Any loss is not ideal and not fun, but we know we’re just as good as them and right with ’em.
