Caloocan City Mayor Dale Gonzalo “Along” Malapitan led the reach-out operations. He applauded CSWDD for its efforts to rescue the lives of street dwellers from harm and illegal drugs. “Asahan niyong tuloy-tuloy ang ating pagsisikap na yakapin ang kayang yakapin, sa abot ng ating makakaya, walang maiiwan sa ating pagseserbisyo sa ating mga kababayan ,” Malapitan added.
