The CAAP on Tuesday said that it is continuing its upgrades on several airports with some projects already completed in an effort to ensure the safety and convenience of passengers.

In a statement released by the Department of Transportation on Tuesday, CAAP said that the upgrades are part of the efforts of the agency to match the demand for air traffic in the country while striving to secure the safety, reliability, and convenience of passengers and operators in its airports.

Meanwhile, Laguindingan Airport manager Job De Jesus, in the same statement, said that the construction of communal toilets and food stalls, installation of new LED lights, and construction of an accounting office have already been completed.
