Stroud was introduced in an auditorium at NRG Stadium along with defensive end Will Anderson Jr., who the Texans traded up nine spots with the Cardinals to draft No. 3 overall. Both players families were in attendance, including Stroud’s mother, one of his brothers, and his sister. He also joked that he was confused when he was leaving the stage and saw Houston was picking again at No. 3.
