Biden to visit Buffalo following attack police say was racially motivated

The shooter, identified as Payton Gendron, 18, traveled from Conklin, New York, to Buffalo. The drive from Conklin to Buffalo is almost three and a half hours. During a press conference on Saturday, officials said they believe the attack was racially motivated, pointing to a roughly 180-page manifesto that the shooter wrote and posted before allegedly shooting a total of 13 people. Mourners have erected multiple memorials around the area of the Tops supermarket, where 10 people were killed and there others were wounded during Saturday's mass shooting.
