It took just two words and a handful of seconds for Brooks Koepka to summarize the lengthy final round of the 2023 Masters on Sunday.

, Koepka was asked about the pace of play over the course of the afternoon, to which the LIV Golf star, 32, torched the speed of the group in front of them.

“Yeah, the group in front of us was brutally slow. Jon went to the bathroom like seven times during the round, and we were still waiting,” Koepka said.Though the slow pace clearly irked Koepka, some Twitter sleuths speculated if Cantlay’s speed annoyed Hovland, 25, too. In fact, one Masters fan alleged Hovland tried to send his playing partner a message by hitting the ball as Cantlay, 31, continued to make his way up the course.

Hovland finished tied for seventh on Sunday with a 6-under, while Cantlay ended the tournament with a 3-under and tied for 14th.
