The Nike Hoop Summit will be the first USA Basketball experience for Bronny James, the son of all-time NBA scoring leader LeBron James.
After Bronny James moved up in ESPN'S recruiting rankings, Mackenzie Salmon and Tony Anderson discuss where they think the James family ranks in the best athletic bloodlines., has been selected as one of 26 players on the USA Basketball roster for this year's Nike Hoops Summit.
It will be the first USA Basketball experience for the younger James, currently a senior at California's Sierra Canyon High.Other members of the USA squad include Kentucky recruits Justin Edwards and DaJuan Wagner Jr. and Duke commits Jared McCain and Sean Stewart .The women's team includes Connecticut-bound Kamorea"KK" Arnold and Ashlynn Shade and Arizona recruits Breya Cunningham and Jada Williams .
The U.S. teams will play against international teams representing FIBA Africa, FIBA Americas, FIBA Asia, FIBA Europe and FIBA Oceania beginning April 8 in Portland, Oregon.
