Assistant State’s Attorney Ben Dillon told Judge Victoria Rossetti that Lake County prosecutors intend to file several more pretrial motions, in addition to ones that were filed last year. The judge set an Aug. 28 return date, and said she expected to set hearing dates for the pretrial motions at that time.
