Brian Walshe, the Massachusetts man accused of killing and dismembering his wife on New Year’s Day, pleaded not guilty Thursday morning to charges of murder and misleading police.
Walshe dismembered his 39-year-old wife Ana Walshe’s body and disposed of her body in multiple locations, even searching for the “best ways to dispose of a body” online.
Speaking at a district court in Massachusetts Thursday, Norfolk County Assistant District Attorney Greg Connor also alleged Walshe had suspected his wife was having an affair and hired a private investigator using money from his mother to have her followed in Washington D.C. ., faces an automatic sentence of life in prison without parole, under Massachusetts law.
