On paper, the game features a pretty even pitching matchup between Philadelphia’s Zack Wheeler and Atlanta’s Charlie Morton .Wheeler has allowed 17 hits and eight runs in his past two starts; both resulting in Phillies losses. Meanwhile, Morton was lit up for six runs in just 5.0 innings in his last outing against the Dodgers.Morton has been the more consistent pitcher this season giving up three runs or fewer in seven of nine starts, but he has been average in his career against Philadelphia.Wheeler started the season off strong, but he has struggled over the past month.That rough stretch could come to an end on Saturday though.This feels like a good spot to back the over on the Phillies’ team total.
