Brad Pitt is saying goodbye to his luxurious estate situated in Los Angeles, California after selling it for $39 million (P2.1 billion). | via philstarlife
1.9-acre property is built at Los Feliz, a hillside neighborhood where many famous faces had also taken up residence such as Katy Perry, Zac Efron, Chris Pine, among others.
The extravagant property had undergone several redesigns and remodeling over the nearly 30 years Pitt owned it. It is reported to have a 6,700 square-feet main house with five bedrooms, five bathrooms, Trees and lush greeneries in the sprawling compound provided Pitt with much privacy. It was here that the Hollywood A-lister lived with his ex-wife Angelina Jolie and their six children—Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, and twins Knox and Vivienne—before they pulled the plug on their relationship. Now, he has sparked a new romance with 32-year-old jewelry designer Ines de Ramon.
According to TMZ, Pitt had let go of his estate because he was moving to Carmel in Northern California.
