ORMOC CITY — A boom truck operator died after his equipment touched a live wire in Barangay Libertad, Gamay town, Northern Samar on Saturday, April 22.The local police said they did not immediately move the victim, knowing the electricity was still active.
Initial investigation disclosed that the victim was driving and operating a boom truck crane to lift cut coconut trees from a hillside.
