Summary Blue Bloods actor Donnie Wahlberg delivers an emotional speech upon the conclusion of filming for the series. Wahlberg has played the lead role of Danny Reagan on the series since Blue Bloods kicked off in 2010. After over a decade on the air, Blue Bloods season 14 returned on February 16 and ran until May 17. Season 14 is currently on a mid-season break, which will continue until returning on October 18.

While Wahlberg's reflection on Blue Bloods is heartfelt, a number of Blue Bloods stars have been even more vocal about the show's conclusion than the Danny Reagan actor. Selleck himself has urged CBS to undo their Blue Bloods cancelation decision, hoping that the network would "come to their senses.
