Lil Wayne is turning 37 on Sept. 27, but his tour mates Blink-182 surprised the rapper with an early birthday present. The team finished up their co-headlining tour in Brooklyn on Friday night and during Wayne's set, the rock band walked up onstage to present the rapper with a joint on a silver tray.
