Wednesday, in posts on Facebook and Instagram, Sainju announced his new restaurant Maro will be opening soon. The eatery is located atin Mountain Brook, next to Son’s Donuts & Pops and across the street from Starbucks. In comments on Facebook, Sainju said the new restaurant would serve “poke and many other bowls” and focus “on the lunch crowd.” Dining website
