A new Quinnipiac University poll has President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump in a statistical tie in Pa. and Trump comfortably ahead of his GOP primary challengers.

released Wednesday has the federally-indicted Trump leading Biden 47% to 46%, well within the margin of error of +/- 2.5 percentage points.

On the Democratic side, Biden receives 71% in a primary against anti-vaccine activist Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Biden had just a 39% job approval rating with 57% giving him a thumbs down. Half of respondents said Trump should be prosecuted for mishandling White House classified documents and 44% said he should not. However, 56% of voters also said that they think the case against Trump is politically motivated.
