President Biden said Thursday his administration would keep the needs of veterans at the front of its pandemic-recovery efforts, as he honored veterans at Arlington National Cemetery.
On Veterans Day, Mr. Biden said his administration would work with Congress to get veterans the necessary healthcare services. He highlighted the he signed into law in March that includes funding for retraining veterans who have lost their jobs in the pandemic and for housing assistance.
