Muntinlupa Mayor Ruffy Biazon received the Seal of Good Local Governance award given by the Department of the Interior and Local Government .
The Seal of Good Local Governance is an “award, incentive, honor, and recognition-based program [that] aims to boost LGUs’ drive to constantly progress and/or sustain their notable performance across various governance areas.” Muntinlupa is one of the five LGUs in the National Capital Region which passed the SGLG assessment. The other awardees are the cities of Caloocan, Mandaluyong, Navotas, and Quezon.
