There's more to Baguio City's famous tourist landmarks!
MANILA, Philippines – Baguio City has been known as “the summer capital of the Philippines,” loved by tourists for its cool weather and the warm hospitality of its people.
Originally a military reservation, the city was designed based on the Garden City concept, a popular urban planning approach of the Beautiful City Movement era. While Burnham conceptualized the layout, American officials William E. Parsons and Warwick Greene executed his vision by constructing the infrastructure like public roads, government buildings, and residences.
