I didn’t think it would happen to me, it did,” said Nici Goles , who lost a son to fentanyl.
It’s an occurrence that is happening more and more often, according to Abigail Moore, CEO of the San Antonio Council on Alcohol & Drug Awareness “As my daughter says it perfectly, turning your pain into purpose and really using this as a tool to move forward and help others,” said Goles.

Bexar County Commissioners Approve Expansion of New Animal ShelterBexar County Commissioners have decided to double the capacity of a new animal shelter being built on the Southwest Side, from 48 kennels to 96 kennels.
