The convertible took part in this year's Manchester Pride, dressed in the colors of the rainbow
combined a red interior upholstery with a cool white exterior serving as a base for the colorful livery. Rich Morris, CGI Artist & Designer at Bentley said that his goal was for “anybody who sees the Continental GTC, no matter what their knowledge of the LGBTQ+ community” to “instantly understand what the car stands for”.
The luxury convertible joined this year’s parade with a group of 75 LGBTQ+ Bentley employees, their partners, and allies who are linked to the. The participants can be seen wearing branded colorful shirts, matching their backpacks and flags. With similar actions, the Crewe-based automaker hopes to “create a culture where all employees feel comfortable bringing their true, authentic selves to the workplace”.
The Manchester Pride is one of the largest events of its kind in the UK, celebrating the progress made in terms of “solidarity and advocacy for LGBTQ+ rights”, while continuing to raise awareness against discrimination.
