Bar-B-Cutie Smokehouse is hosting its second annual Howl-O-Ween festival on Saturday from 12 to 4 p.m.
The pet-friendly Halloween event includes a dog costume contest, pet photo opportunities, face painting, a bouncy castle, pumpkin painting, and of course, Bar-B-Cutie’s barbecue.is located at 5603 Presidio Parkway near Interstate 10 and Loop 1604 on the city’s Northwest Side., a nonprofit that provides service dogs for disabled veterans.
