The baptismal certificates of the alleged siblings of suspended Bamban Mayor Alice Guo are fake, Senator Sherwin Gatchalian said.During the hearing of the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee Monday, Gatchalian said they discovered that Seimen Leal Guo and Wesley Leal Guo had baptismal certificates, supposedly issued by a parish in Caloocan. The documents indicated that they were issued by the “Parokya ng San Roque.
”“In other words, itong baptismal certificate na binigay sa Caloocan is spurious, fake. Finake nila ‘yun,” he said. He said this was issued by a certain Antonio Alcalde.According to Lucena Flores of the Caloocan City Civil Registry Office, Alcalde passed away already.“Unfortunately, namatay na po siya ,” Flores said when asked if Alcalde was still with the Civil Registry Office.
