Jajyevoune Lee, 22, was arraigned early Tuesday. The Baltimore resident was previously wanted for multiple violent crimes in Maryland, state police said. State police said they stopped the vehicle as it was traveling south on I-83, with Lee getting out and fleeing into the woods while carrying a fanny pack.
Police began receiving reports of someone matching Lee’s description walking on Commerce Drive in Springfield Township.
