At least five persons were hurt after an LPG tank exploded at a laundry shop at Barangay 708 in Manila.
According to Nico Waje's report on "State of the Nation", the blast happened at past 7 p.m. on Monday.The laundry shop owner said she had LPG tanks delivered in the afternoon.One had a line dangling and may have caused the leak.The victims are being treated at a hospital. In a statement posted on its Facebook page and reported by radio dzBB, the De La Salle University said that while the explosion did not reach its campus, "some students in the vicinity received minor injuries.""The DLSU administration is monitoring the situation and will release updates on the matter," it added.
