According to Saleema Refran’s report on “24 Oras”, the QC Animal Care and Adoption Center provided the neglected and impounded animals with basic obedience training and agility drills.“Para i-mold yung mga aspins natin na maging into new dogs, na hindi na natin sasabihin na ‘aspin lang’,” said QC Animal Care and Adoption Center Officer-in-Charge John Rex Villanueva.“Naghahanap din po sila ng aruga ng mga responsableng pet owners,” he added.
