has reflected on his former marriage to Demi Moore, recalling how the pair experienced a"really painful" late-term pregnancy loss.actor – who he was married to from 2005 to 2013 – Kutcher explained that he's always loved children and had been looking forward to welcoming his own with Moore, who had three daughters from a previous romance."I love kids," he said."I wouldn’t have gotten married to a woman that had three kids if I didn’t love kids.
"The idea of having another kid would have been incredible," Kutcher added of his and Moore's desire to expand their family, before admitting that it wasn't mean to be."For whatever reason, I had to have that experience," he said."Losing a kid that you think you’re going to have, and that close to thinking you’re going to have a kid, is really, really painful.
"Ashton did his best to connect with me in my grief. He tried to be there for me during the miscarriage, but he couldn't really understand what I was feeling," she added. After the miscarriage, Kutcher and Moore went on to try IVF but the pair weren't successful and they later divorced – which he told co-star Mila Kunis in 2015, and the pair share two children: eight-year-old Wyatt and six-year-old Dimitri.
