Boutique property developer Arthaland Corp. plans to launch two residential projects this year as part of its plan to grow
Arthaland president Jaime Gonzalez said during a stockholders meeting the company would launch a sustainable luxury residential development in Makati called Eluria.
The project is an ultra-low density building with only 37 residential units at a maximum of two apartments per floor. The company will design the elevator cabins to open into residents’ personal lobbies to provide utmost security and privacy. The project expands Arthaland’s portfolio by targeting the broader market segment of the real estate industry.
