Sgt. Scott Murray with the Utah State University Police Department responded to the potential bomb threat on Monday at approximately 1:30 p.m.He said their department responded to assist Logan police as they have the only explosive detection K-9 in the valley. According to a press release, an anonymous email had been sent to shopping center management stating there was “a bomb in the mall and bombs in all the malls in Utah."After the main corridors of the mall were deemed safe, he said employees were able to begin returning to their businesses., in which officials said they received an email that claimed to target Red Cliffs Mall and "every mall in Utah.
