Apple has filed an appeal to the Federal Circuit regarding the ban on Apple Watch Series 9 and Ultra 2 sales imposed by the International Trade Commission (ITC) last year. The ban was a result of a dispute with medical device-maker Masimo over pulse oximetry patents. The ITC ruled in favor of Masimo, stating that Apple had infringed their patents and caused harm to the domestic industry. The appeal consists of 916 pages.

There was no question that Apple would appeal when the International Trade Commission banned Apple Watch Series 9 and Ultra 2 sales last year.
