The National Shrine of Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage, more popularly known as the Antipolo Cathedral will officially be elevated as an international shrine on Saturday, March 25.
The Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines said, the Vatican declaration makes the Antipolo Cathedral the country’s first international shrine, the third in Asia, and the 11th in the world. “We are now in full anticipation of the solemn declaration of our international shrine in the coming months,” the cathedral said.
