Jesse Leal Rodriguez pleads guilty to three counts of assault with a deadly weapon in a plea agreement with the Riverside County district attorney’s office.
The first and last shootings occurred on separate stretches of the 710 Freeway, and the second on the 91 Freeway.The rear window of the Tesla was shattered near Hamner Avenue and Hidden Valley Parkway in Norco, prosecutors said, and Rodriguez’s vehicle was seen in the video with the driver’s side window rolled down.
In a third incident, Rodriguez pleaded guilty to a shooting on the 91 Freeway near Magnolia Avenue. The victim in that incident reported hearing a pop and her rear window shattering. Just after the window shattered, she reported seeing a dark SUV passing her on the right.All lanes on the eastbound 10 Freeway were closed at Tennessee Street in Redlands
