A man who was suffering from a possible mental health crisis on Monday stole an ambulance that was parked inside a fire department and drove it around Houston for more than an hour before being apprehended by police.

West said reserve vehicles are generally older vehicles, but it's unclear if age had anything to do with the tracker not working.
