The Zanesville Police Department has issued a state-wide Amber Alert for two missing toddlers who were last seen in Zanesville on Thursday night.
Iszak Shamblin and Kale Clark were last seen in an unlocked vehicle in the parking lot of a gas station in Zanesville at 5:17 p.m.
Clark is a 1-year-old boy who is 2-feet tall, weighing 23 lbs and has brown eyes and brown hair. He was last seen in a white onesie and a blue coat.
