Amazon.com Inc.’s next victory will likely be in the smart-home market, where its recent acquisition of the mesh router maker Eero will give it an advantage over rivals Apple Inc. AAPL, -0.20% and Google parent Alphabet Inc. GOOGL, +1.07% GOOG, +0.96% , CFRA said Monday.
CFRA analyzed Alexa Internet’s share of voice data — the percentage of searches for a keyword in major search engines over the past six months that sent organic traffic to the respective site — and found in the smart-home sector, it currently stands at about 6.6%.
