According to police, “Ka Deme,” 60, a former member of Milisyang Bayan, surrendered with a caliber .38 gun and two live bullets at 11:40 a.m. to personnel of the 4th Platoon, 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company, and the provincial and municipal police.
He is now under police custody and will be assisted to avail of the government’s Enhanced Comprehensive and Local Integration Program .
