Alas Pilipinas players will miss the rest of the ongoing Reinforced Conference and the upcoming Invitational Conference of the Premier Volleyball League .PVL president Ricky Palou, who also serves as the national team's chairman, announced the development on Thursday.According to the league's website, the national women's team is expected to play a series of exhibition matches against clubs from Japan and Korea as preparation for future competitions.
With the development, Choco Mucho will miss the services of stars such as Sisi Rondina and Cherry Nunag, while Chery Tiggo will have to play without Jen Nierva and Eya Laure.Creamline is also expected to adjust with Jema Galanza being unavailable, with the same scenario for Akari without Fifi Sharma and Faith Nisperos, Cignal without Vanie Gandler and Dawn Catindig, and PLDT without Dell Palomata. Thea Gagate and Julia Coronel's PVL debut will also have to wait.
