Alanis Morissette is finally heading to Manila for a concert to celebrate the anniversary of her most famous and iconic album “Jagged Little Pill.”
After several postponements,
The final date has been set for August 1 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena, according to Ovation Productions.The upcoming “Jagged Little Pill” show is part of her world tour to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the album. The Manila concerts were originally scheduled for two nights in April 2020, and were then moved to December 2021 and November 2022 before“Jagged Little Pill” is best known for its raw, angsty lyrics, and holds the tracks “You Oughta Know,” “Hand in My Pocket,” and “Ironic.”
Alanis’ 1995 debut album earned five Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year. At 21, the singer-songwriter became the youngest performer to win the prestigious honor.
