BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The Alabama Department of Public Health is reporting 1,305,665 positive COVID-19 cases in Alabama.In the last 7 days, 25,003 people have been tested and 1,956 positive cases have been reported.

A single dose Johnson and Johnson vaccine was approved by the FDA Feb. 27, 2021. As of May 13, 2022, there have been 5,979,354 vaccines administered.
