Anti-Crime and Terrorism Community Involvement and Support Partylist (ACT-CIS) seized the top spot in the partylist race based on the partial and official tally of the Commission on Elections (Comelec) released on Thursday, May 12.

In the 2019 midterm elections, ACT-CIS was also the number one partylist after getting around 2.65 million votes which secured them three seats in the House of Representatives.Meanwhile, Ako Bicol Partylist landed on the second spot with 513,403 votes while 1 Rider Partylist was on the third rank with 453,712 votes.
On the fourth spot was 4PS Partylist with 427,779 votes while Ang Probinsyano Partylist ranked fifth with 421,253 votes. They were followed by SAGIP Partylist with 411,440 votes; CIBAC Partylist, 394,750 votes; Ako Bisaya, 391,242 votes; Probinsyano Ako, 380,119 votes; and Tingog Partylist, 364,699 votes.
Partylists that obtain at least two percent of the total number of votes cast are secured of at least one seat in the Lower House.
