Tom Holland's Spider-Man does not appear in Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, but there is a very good reason for him not being there.
Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse is missing a major Spidey cameo, but this actually makes sense for the Web-Slinger in question. Across the Spider-Verse continues the adventures of the young, up-and-coming hero Miles Morales , who finds himself facing a new portal-opening villain known as the Spot . Teaming up once more with his fellow Wall-Crawler from another Earth, Gwen Stacy , Miles is introduced to an entire legion of Spider-People known as the Spider-Society.
Following Glover's appearance as Aaron Davis in Spider-Man: Homecoming, he presumably became Prowler sometime between then and Aaron's cameo in Across the Spider-Verse, which confirms that the Spider-Society is aware of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Under normal circumstances, it would be easy to assume to that Holland's Spider-Man played a role in apprehending Davis with the Spider-Society taking him into custody.
