Under the plea agreement with the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office, Lannon will be ineligible for parole for 30 years.Lannon is also charged in the shooting deaths of his ex-wife, Jennifer, and two acquaintances in the couple’s Grants, New Mexico, home, as well as the bludgeoning death of a man in Albuquerque.

The bodies of the New Mexico victims were found in a pickup truck left at an airport in Albuquerque in March. A day before the grisly discovery, Lannon took a flight to Philadelphia with his three young children and left them with family in South Jersey, where he and Jennifer originally met. His public defender made a counter-offer of 25 years in June. After prosecutors rejected that bid, the defense returned with an offer of 30 years on Oct. 11.
