With Abalos were MMDA chairman Romando Artes; San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora; Navotas City Mayor John Rey Tiangco; Manila Mayor Honey Lacuna; Pasay City Mayor Imelda Calixto-Rubiano; and Philippine Basketball Association chairman Willie Marcial.
