Two special flights carrying students from Kyrgyzstan have successfully arrived in Pakistan
ISLAMABAD: . The flights, KA-4575 and KA-6571, transported approximately 360 Pakistani students from Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, landing at Islamabad and Lahore International Airports, respectively. Families and relatives were present at the airports to welcome the students.
The students expressed frustration and disappointment over the lack of assistance from the Pakistan Embassy in Bishkek. Many reported that a significant number of their peers remain trapped in hostels in Kyrgyzstan without help from the Pakistani government. The students described the chaotic and dangerous situation in Kyrgyzstan, expressing constant concern for their safety. “The situation was not under control. It was chaotic, and we were constantly worried for our safety,” another student added.The lack of governmental support left many students feeling abandoned. “The government of Pakistan has not taken any steps to assist us,” they said. “Many of our friends are still stuck there, and their lives are at risk too.
