PSL 9: Mohammad Rizwan said final is just another match for himThe final match of the Pakistan Super League 2024 will feature Multan Sultans led by Mohammad Rizwan against Islamabad United led by Shadab Khan on March 18. Multan reached the final by beating Peshawar Zalmi led by Babar Azam by seven wickets in the qualifier match on March 14. Meanwhile, Islamabad United secured their spot in the final by winning against Quetta Gladiators and Peshawar Zalmi in the eliminator matches.
So far in this season, Multan Sultans and Islamabad United have played against each other twice. Each team won one match and lost one. In their first game, Multan won by 5 wickets, chasing a target of 145 runs. In the second match, Islamabad won by 3 wickets, chasing a target of 129 runs.The match between Multan Sultans and Islamabad United will be shown live on two TV channels: A Sports and Ten Sports in Pakistan.
